Project Management
We undertake the responsibility of the entire project–right from initiation to completion. We finalize the details of project by coordinating with clients and consultants. We prepare schedule and budget of the project.
We monitor schedule and cost of project at every stage of work by coordinating with client, consultant and site supervisor / officer.We finalize contractors and suppliers at competitive rates with good quality of manpower and machinery.
Construction Management
We specify project objectives and plans including
- Delineation
- Maximize resource efficiency
- Implementation of various operations through proper coordination
- Checking quality of work at every stage of work
- We guide site staff on how to improve and maintain quality of work at site

Construction
